What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is one of the few payment plans we offer at Kiki Hair Extensions Melbourne. Afterpay allows you to have beautiful hair now and pay later with four interest free instalments paid fortnightly.
How can I apply for an account?
First time purchases and bookings will be required to set up an Afterpay account before paying for a service. To apply for an account click the button below or head to https://www.afterpay.com/en-AU/index
What if I can't pay an Afterpay instalment?
If you fail to make a payment Afterpay will allow until 11pm on the following day to make your repayment. If your repayment is still late or fails, you will incur a late fee of $10 followed by an additional $7 if the payment is not made within 7 days.
How does the payment schedule work?
When paying for your booking through Afterpay you will be required to pay for the first 25% of your service up front in salon or over the phone; this will include the booking deposit. The remaining three payments will be deducted automatically from your nominated account fortnightly. Your repayments are interest free, if you wish to make a payment before the due date you can do so through your account on Afterpay.
How many times can I use my barcode?
Your unique barcode can be used when making your booking, however will need to be refreshed every 10 minutes for each purchase at the register. You can recieve a new barcode by clicking 'refresh barcode' on the barcode screen on the Afterpay app.
